2nd Update of COVID-19 and the Florida Lineman Competition

In an abundance of caution, the City of Tallahassee, FL - Government and Florida Municipal Electric Association (FMEA) have made the decision to close the 20th Annual Florida Lineman Competition to the public due to concerns over the COVID-19 outbreak. We apologize to any members of the public who may have planned to attend, but we along with the City of Tallahassee thought this was a necessary step to take. Families of lineworkers are still permitted to attend.
