Founded in 1983, Hull's Environmental Services, Inc. began serving the oil field industry by providing offloading at company owned disposal facilities and injection wells. They have responded to hundreds of petrochemical release, specialized in hazardous material (HAZMAT) emergency response, land based oil and chemical spill clean-up, marine based oil and chemical spill clean-up, bioremediation (hydrocarbon and salt), cargo transfers, chemical incidents, facility cleanups, heavy truck accidents, natural disasters, tank battery fires, tank cleanings, train derailments, solidifications, waste disposals, and many more.

Hull's has teams of response personnel across its footprint that are trained to engage in disinfection procedures directly aimed at eliminating the COVID-19. While no test exists and no area can be guaranteed to be virus free, Hull's uses procedures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA).
