DILO is a family business, with a global presence, that values customer service and employee well-being over everything else. Reinhold Probst founded DILO Company, Inc in 1990 in Clearwater, FL. He was an employee of DILO GmbH who wanted to open another branch in North America to better serve the growing customer base. In 2014, the service division, DILO Direct was founded. Since then, DILO Company and DILO Direct have grown to include over 50 employees and representatives in three locations: Florida, Arizona, and Oregon. DILO Company, Inc. and DILO Direct serve Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and parts of South America.
