2025 Customer Connections Roundtable

Customer service professionals are on the front lines every day, strengthening the bond between their municipal utility, its customers, and the communities they serve. This interactive roundtable provides a valuable forum for utility representatives across Florida’s public power utilities to collaborate, share insights, and find innovative solutions to common challenges.

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss, exchange, and problem-solve on a variety of topics, including work procedures, customer service policies, communication strategies, industry trends, customer engagement tools, educational outreach, and more. The roundtable fosters peer-to-peer learning and offers a supportive environment where attendees can explore new approaches and gain practical takeaways to enhance their utility’s customer service operations.

Who Should Attend?

This roundtable is designed for employees of Florida’s municipally owned electric utilities who work in customer-facing roles. Attendees may include: Customer Service Representatives and Specialists, Energy Services Professionals, Key Accounts Managers, Supervisors, Managers, and Directors in Customer Service and Energy Services, and any other professional focused on improving the customer experience and fostering strong community relationships.
