The Divergent Alliance team has developed a reputation of reliability, transparency, and trust through our partnerships with utilities and contractors across the U.S. and overseas.

The company was founded by Matt Moeller in 2017. As a former United States Air Force veteran, journeyman lineman, and utility troubleshooter, his vision has developed a reputable team of professionals from many facets of the utility industry. Our team has a multitude of experience, from leading one of the industry’s top tooling distributors to overseeing multi-million-dollar T&D projects across the country to managing the supplier diversity program at one of the largest utilities in the Nation.

Divergent Alliance is the only IBEW union Tooling & Material Distributor in the Country. The members in our warehouse come from the local union and understand the importance of providing quality products and services toward the assembly and maintenance of life-saving safety equipment.
